The Owner wanted to maximize number of wash and vacuum bays on this very narrow site and required pull through bays. To meet this requirement a circulation flow based on 60° bays was employed. The radius ends of the building accomodate the vehicular taffic and maximize interior space. The north end radius roof and the roof structure express the traffic flow.
