The previous location of a night club, and prior to that a restaurant, served as an ideal spot for two partners (see Chrome Lotus) and Franco to subdivide into separate establishments. The kitchen, dining area and restrooms were gutted. The remodeled space added an entry bar and was brought up to current accessible standards.
