The owner had previously built a convenience store and a gas station on this site and wished to have a car wash to compliment these existing facilities. The area for the car wash, which measured approximately 58 by 124 feet, was adjacent to a traffic aisle that could be used for circulatiion. Mark's wish list included 2 self service bays, 2 vacuum stalls and an automatic roll-over bay. The design accomplished the desired results with a clear and compact solution that attracts and orients the customer in a pleasant environment.
