Thomas M. Reddy founded his practice in 1977 in Sonoma County, California. The following year the Santa Rosa office was opened and in 1979 Mr. Reddy acquired his California license.
From the inception, Thomas M. Reddy Architect has worked with clients to produce buildings expressing the uniqueness of each project. The office is dedicated to a creative process that results in concise solutions, often unseen, always new. Seeking direction in the criteria, inspiration from the site and opportunity in the constraints, Mr. Reddy’s design does not follow a personal style. The architecture finds its expression in the relationship between the client, his criteria and the site.
In 1995 the practice moved to Healdsburg where Thomas M. Reddy Architect continues to provide architectural services to clients. Over more than 30 years the office has designed a wide variety of work including residential, commercial and industrial projects. The projects encompass new construction, rehabilitation, remodeling and additions of single and multi-family residential, winery and tasting room facilities, a health club, a brewery, office buildings, motels, restaurants, nightclubs, car washes, mini-storage, boat and RV storage, manufacturing and warehouse facilities.
The work of Thomas M. Reddy Architect has been recognized by local and regional municipalities and trade publication design competitions.
